3. WHAT IF I AM LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Your reservation secures the space for the duration that you've paid for. If there are no appointments scheduled after your allotted time, you may extend your session by paying an additional cost by the hour. However, if appointments are already booked following your time slot, extending your session will not be possible.
4. CAN I CANCEL/RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment, you will receive 50% of your payment.
You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance with a $50 rescheduling fee.
